Xinlong introduced Reifenhauser meltblown production line and advanced meltblown technology from Germany, which has stood for innovative technology in meltblown nonwoven industry in China for many years. The fiber diameter can reach 0.5μm～2μm, 10 times thinner than ordinary fibers. The ultrafine fibers with unique capillary structure increase the fiber number and surface area per unit area and endow meltblown nonwovens with very good breathability and filtering performance, making them suitable for bacterial resistance, filtering, heat isolation, warm keeping, and insulation.
